The 24-Hour Athlete

I heard this phrase a few years ago from World-renowned coach called Vern Gambetta, with the basic idea was that an athlete might train for 1, 2, 5 + hours per day but what about the rest of the time? There are four main areas to focus on throughout a 24 hour day – sleeping, eating well, hydrating & recovery. Check out the infographic below for more info!
