***CALLING ALL LEEDS’ PARENTS, SPORT COACHES AND YOUTH ATHLETES – WE ARE OFFERING A FREE DISCOVERY SESSION ON OUR GO PERFORMANCE ACADEMY PROGRAMME!!***
To launch our Go Performance Academy programme in Leeds, we are offering you the chance to find out WHY we are passionate about developing young athletes and HOW we do it in a live coached gym session with some of our talented young athletes!
There are some SERIOUSLY talented young athletes in the Leeds and surrounding area but there is often a lack of QUALITY physical development in place which should make them more robust and prepare them for the physical demands of sport!
That’s where the Go Performance Academy programme comes in! We deliver the highest level of quality coaching and youth athletic development to make young athletes stronger, faster and more resilient through our tried and tested programme!
What to expect:
- Short presentation to outline why and how we develop young athletes with the Go Performance athletic development curriculum in order to build strong, fast, powerful and robust individuals, able to cope with the rigours of their sport
- Live gym session with some of the young athletes currently working with Go Performance, where you will be able to see exactly what our sessions look like and what methods we use
- Q & A session at the end to ask myself or the athletes any questions you may have!

Unfortunately due to the current situation with Covid-19 we have had to postpone the discovery days we had booked until further notice due to the venue closing their gym for the foreseeable future.
As we’re sure you are all aware, this is quite an uncertain time and therefore we haven’t been able to reschedule the discovery days. We hope to reschedule for April but please keep an eye on this page & our social media channels for more information.
