Leeds Rowing Club – Men’s Strength Session

LRC Men’s Squad – A quick highlights video from the Men’s rowing squads at LRC last night.

Starting with a barbell warm-up, moving onto some hang power cleans, onto the squats, bench pulls, speed chins etc. then finishing off with some BB roll outs, Aleknas and barbell rotations!

We also have Conor coming back from an upper body injury, working on some heavy squats to start. Then moving into a metabolic resistance training circuit to develop some work capacity and power qualities.

Great bunch of lads to train, always up for a challenge! More to come!
